This summer, immerse yourself in the FOCG Summer Campaign, an event brimming with exciting activities for crypto enthusiasts and gamers alike. Running from July 1st to July 31st, the campaign offers a unique opportunity to engage in on-chain gaming, social quests, and earn fantastic rewards. Co-hosted by 0G Labs, Blade Games, and Blockbooster, this event showcases the cutting-edge of blockchain technology and its potential in the gaming world.
Details of the FOCG Summer Campaign
The FOCG Summer Campaign is designed to highlight the potential of on-chain games and autonomous worlds (AWs). Since the introduction of these concepts by the Lattice team, numerous games have been developed across various infrastructures, though challenges in user experience and scalability persist. At 0G Labs, they believe that a modular AI blockchain and a high-performance data availability (DA) layer are crucial for the success of high-performance on-chain dApps, including fully on-chain games.
In this highly anticipated event, several prominent on-chain gaming partners will deploy and test games on the 0G Testnet. Leading players in the zkVM and rollup spaces will support our tech stacks, providing an unparalleled gaming experience. Some games will be powered by Blade Games’ trustless game engine, zkUnity, the first modular ZK game engine that enables real-time gameplay and trustless processes. zkUnity also integrates 0G Labs’ high-performance DA layer, facilitating the storage and verification of ZK Proofs on-chain.
Participants in the FOCG Summer Campaign can earn points by playing games, joining Galxe quests, and following other instructions in the point system. These points can be redeemed for tokens and other rewards from 0G Labs and our campaign partners, including Blade Games, Delphinus Lab, zkWasm, Project Mirage, and more. Detailed participation guides and rules will be shared in future blog posts.

- July 1st – July 15th: Social Quests Launch – Engage in various social quests to earn points.
- July 9th (tentative): Galxe Quest Launch – Start earning points early.
- July 16th – July 31st: Game and Point System Launch – Participate in games and earn points.
- July 22nd: Galxe Quest End.
- August 7th – August 15th: Campaign wrap-up and rewards announcement.
